Dr. J. Phillip “Jack” London was Executive Chairman/Chairman of the Board of CACI International Inc (NYSE). In its 57th year, CACI is a $5.7 billion IT and professional services company with 22,000 employees in 155 offices worldwide. CACI’s veterans hiring program has received numerous awards and was recognized by the White House for its efforts.

London previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer (1984-2007). London is known today throughout the industry as the founder of the modern-era CACI. He received numerous awards and honors, including being named one of the Most Influential People in Business Ethics by the Ethisphere Institute (2014). 

A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School, and George Washington University, London also served 24 years on active and reserve duty with the U.S. Navy.

London served on the boards of CAUSE (Comfort for America’s Uniformed Services), the Navy Memorial Foundation, the Naval Historical Foundation, and the Friends of the National World War II Memorial.
